If you know your user name and password but are having trouble logging into the o zone website, contact the GOsC Communications Department on tel: 020 7357 6655 ext 242 or 228.

It is important that you log out properly from the o zone when you have finished your session – do this by clicking on the log out button at the top right of the screen. This will help to ensure the security of your records. If you stay logged on to the o zone but are not using it, you will be automatically logged out after 75 minutes of inactivity.
